In order to obtain a permit, you must have a completed site plan on 8 1/2 X 11 paper showing the lot dimensions and setbacks from all lot lines of your proposed construction.

Effective April 1, 2017

A Violation fine for starting a project without first obtaining the proper land use/zoning permits is $50.00.
Permit fees will apply in addition to this fine.

Building Department fines and fees are in addition to
land use/zoning fees and fines.

A land use permit is required for all sheds and carports. If a shed is under 200 sq. ft. a building permit is not required.
