Taxes are sent out twice a year. Summer taxes are sent out on July 1st and are due on September 14th. Winter taxes are sent out on December 1st and are due on February 14th. Remember, if you are paying your Summer and Winter tax bills together, we will need separate checks. Taxes can be paid by check, money order, credit card or cash. (Credit card payments will include a 3% fee). If you do not receive your bill two weeks after mailing, please call us. We have a locked drop-box outside of our main entry door for your convenience.
Remember__You are responsible for your correct mailing address.
Some residents may be eligible to defer their Summer Taxes until the Winter tax due date without penalty. To find out more about tax deferment call the Treasurer's office at 989-366-5913.
We do not normally send out tax receipts. If you send a self-addressed stamped envelope, we will send you a tax receipt.
If you receive a tax bill, and have an escrow account, the bill has been sent to you as "Information Only".
